The Dark Knight Rises
He might not have reached the heights of Heath Ledger’s Joker, but who could have? One can second guess some of the decisions that went into Bane’s creation like his voice and his mask, but one cannot doubt that the character has become iconic in a way that no other villain has this year. He’s like Hannibal Lecture meets Darth Vader, and in an unarmed fight he could probably kick both of those guys’ asses.
